Marijuana legalization - where do we go from here?

Our March Science Policy Café series will address the implications of Marijuana legalization in Canada. What regulations are needed in Quebec, specifically for youth?! What are the health risks of legalization on youth, and what are the interventions/policies required to combat these risks?!
